I was born on May 14, 2006 in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Women's Hospital at Centennial Medical Center, where my mommy works. When I was born, I weighed 7 pounds and 14 ounces and was 21 inches long. Now, I’m much bigger—bigger than all the kitty cats, even Naomi. Why "Resha"?
Resha is my Mimi's maiden name and was also the last name of my Sitty, Mattie Lou Resha. Sadly, Sitty died the same day Mommy and Daddy got married. My name pays homage to Mimi and Sitty. Sitty, by the way, is Lebanese for "grandmother." (Sitty was Mommy's grandmother.) Resha is also Lebanese, and I myself am one-eighth Lebanese. (I know, the red hair gives it away.)
